Mr. Schwab has substantial experience in cybersecurity, ediscovery, and technology matters. Although the challenges posed by cybersecurity threats and technology cannot be overstated, they can be addressed by engaging knowledgeable counsel with the requisite experience and expertise. Mr. Schwab has handled a variety of matters in this area ranging from lost or compromised data to litigation of theft of trade secrets. Likewise, he has handled complex ediscovery issues in federal and state court – and in civil and criminal cases. Given the difficulties posed by these challenges, it is critical to engage counsel with not only the technical knowledge of the subject areas but also the ability to address legal issues inside and out of court.
